CoteScan processes the information required to authenticate users, analyze vehicle listings and make previous decisions available in the product.

Data we process

This includes your email address, authentication session, submitted vehicle-listing URLs, extracted listing facts, analysis results, workflow notes, usage records and operational logs required to run and secure the service.

How the data is used

Submitted listing data is used to produce vehicle facts, market evidence, cost estimates, risk notes and bid guidance. CoteScan does not sell personal data.

Service providers

CoteScan relies on contracted providers for authentication, hosting, storage, payment processing, listing retrieval and AI-assisted analysis. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of account data. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, accounting or legal obligations.
